Bobby recently joined the CRCCS family all the way from Santiago, Chili. He lived a rough life for 4 years in a shelter when a lovely American couple committed to getting him to safety and a forever family. That endeavor led Bobby to us for a little help transitioning and seeking out a forever home. We are still getting to know Bobby but so far have learned he is FANTASTIC!!! He is gentle on leash, loves belly rubs and basking in the sun. His foster parents report that Bobby loves adventure and will happily hop on a paddleboard when invited. Let’s find this handsome boy a wonderful home so he can begin a whole new life.
I AM REALLY GOOD AT: leashed walks in calm environments.
I AM AT MY BEST WHEN: I am one-on-one with my person
I DON’T REALLY LOVE: high energy dogs or people rushing up in my face. I’m a chill guy and like to keep things calm and cool. Most kids have energy that I don’t appreciate, so best for me to stick with adults.
I NEED SOME HELP WITH: leashed walks…I know I said I am good at them, and I am…but I hope to have a partner who can help guide me in new situations. Once I am confident with the new environment, I am the best boy!
WHAT I REALLY WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT ME: my past experience has shaped me and I am learning now how to be a pet. I’m really loving my foster family and hope to find a permanent family that loves me just as much. They are teaching me about toys, and furniture, and belly rubs…all the really great things about being a part of a family. I really can’t wait to have my own!!!
